Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) ET are processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping (3 to 4 Business Days):
    • Orders up to $99: Flat rate of $15.00.
    • Orders over $99: Free.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use FedEx and USPS for deliveries.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package in real time or opt-in for SMS updates.

Shipping Area:

  • We ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays and Issues:

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to external factors like weather. We will notify you of significant delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Report damaged items within 48 hours by email or live chat. We will assist with any packages lost in transit.
